Living life to the fullest

It’s all about pursuing victory, being at the top of your game and feeling your best.

For your teammates, friends, family and inner zen.

That’s why we’re here. We transform lives by making injury recovery, pain reduction and performance optimization a whole lot faster, less mysterious and more fun.

Hello, fellow fitness fan!

I know how sweet it is to compete, play and just feel good in your body. I especially love running, surfing, swimming, squash and dancing. And I want to keep doing them for years to come.

As a physiotherapist, I’ve witnessed many other amateur athletes struggle with incorrect form, get injured and eventually give up on their favourite activities. It crushes me to see such potential go to waste when there’s a better way through therapy and education.

That’s why I’ve dedicated my career to helping weekend warriors and hobby athletes like you overcome injuries, improve form and get back to doing what you love.

Through targeted therapy and personalized functional movement mastery programs, I’ve seen incredible transformations. Fitness enthusiasts can recover from injuries, improve movement quality and build the physical capacity to continue pursuing the activities they love.

I believe that with the right approach, active adults can improve how they move, perform with greater confidence and reduce the risk of future setbacks. And not just for today, but for all our tomorrows. After all, we’ve only got one body, so continually caring for it only makes sense.

I’m here to support you in building the strength, movement quality and resilience needed to enjoy an active life for years to come.

The benefits of lifestyle and functional movement optimization are undeniable. Fitness activities enrich our social connections, mental well-being and physical resilience.

Let’s work together to ensure that nothing stands in the way of you living your best life.

Yours in active living,

Eric

Physiotherapy That Goes Beyond

Experience physiotherapy that goes beyond the basics.

We design your sessions to uncover a deep understanding of your specific needs and prescribe therapy that addresses them effectively.

We may use hands-on soft tissue techniques to help address restrictions, improve comfort and prepare you for corrective exercise and movement retraining. Then, instead of just handing you a list of exercises, our licensed physiotherapist will coach you to perform each movement correctly.

It’s what best helps you achieve optimal results.

Functional Movement Mastery

Build strength, movement capacity and injury resilience through physiotherapist-guided Functional Movement Mastery.

Functional Movement Mastery is designed for active adults who want to perform better, reduce injury risk and continue participating in the activities they enjoy for the long term.

Your physiotherapist uses movement analysis, ongoing reassessment and progressive programming to identify limitations, improve movement quality and develop the physical capacity needed to support your goals.

Whether you’re returning from injury, pursuing higher performance or looking to stay active for years to come, Functional Movement Mastery helps you build on the foundation established through the Heal + Prevent™ system.

Long-Term Active Living

Long-term performance depends on more than recovering from injury. It requires maintaining strength, movement quality, physical capacity and healthy habits that support an active lifestyle.

For more than 10 years, Eric has helped active adults improve movement quality, recover from injury and build long-term physical resilience through physiotherapy, movement analysis and progressive exercise programming.

In the future, we may expand educational opportunities with group workouts and workshops that support active living, movement quality, injury prevention and long-term physical performance.
