Yes, we can provide in-home physiotherapy sessions in many circumstances. Please indicate your preference and address when booking, and we’ll confirm availability.

Yes. We offer virtual physiotherapy and Functional Movement Mastery appointments when appropriate.

For virtual sessions, you’ll need enough space to move comfortably and a webcam or device that can be positioned so we can observe your movements. Some simple exercise equipment may be helpful, but we’ll recommend any equipment that would support your goals. Wear comfortable workout clothes and have water on hand, just as you would in the clinic.

When booking, indicate your preference, and we’ll confirm availability.

Yes, we offer direct insurance billing. At Pursue Physiotherapy + Performance, we work with most major insurance providers and do our best to make dealing with insurance as pain-free as possible. If you’d like us to confirm your physiotherapy insurance coverage, just let us know when you book. If your provider requires a co-pay, we accept cash, cheque or credit card.

Yes, we treat motor vehicle accident (MVA) injuries. Ontario law regulates MVA billing procedures. If you have extended health insurance benefits, we must utilize those benefits before billing your car insurance company. For more details, please contact your car insurance claims adjuster. When scheduling your appointment, please inform us that your injury results from a motor vehicle accident. We are here to support your recovery and help you confidently return to an active lifestyle.

Yes, we treat work-related injuries that are billed through the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB). Before your physiotherapy appointment, please report your injury to your employer and submit the necessary paperwork to WSIB. When scheduling your appointment, inform us that your upcoming session will be billed through WSIB. Our goal is to help you recover confidently and return to the activities that matter most to you.
