To create a baseline, we’ll evaluate habits, range of motion, strength and movement patterns. Then, we’ll work through your custom program and get started with your first workout.

Based on movement analysis, your program incorporates the right corrective and optimizing exercises for you, ranging from slower resistance training to explosive ballistic movements. The personalized intensity and complexity deliver results while helping prevent injury.

You’ll move toward your goals with a set workout schedule. We’ll continue to assess your progress, making adjustments as needed. Our structured process progresses you through stability and mobility, functional movement and conditioning, followed by power, speed, endurance and body composition optimization. Your body and mind will evolve to reach goal after goal.

When we create your personalized training plan, we’ll set clear goals to track your progress. The number of sessions you’ll need depends on your goals and personal circumstances. Typically, sessions are once, twice or three times weekly.

Your initial session, where we conduct a thorough fitness assessment, lasts about 60 minutes. This allows us to accurately tailor your starting regimen. Subsequent sessions can vary from 30 to 90 minutes, tailored to meet your needs and objectives.

Movement analysis is crucial to developing the best program possible for you. Assessment can include functional movement, agility and muscular endurance to establish your benchmark and set realistic and ambitious training goals.

Most sessions will include brief assessments to ensure that you’re progressing and that your program includes the right exercises for your unique goals. Occasionally, we’ll perform more comprehensive evaluations to truly understand your development.

Wear comfortable workout attire that allows unrestricted movement, and bring a water bottle. We’ll take care of the rest, including any specialized equipment needed for your workout.

Please arrive about 5 minutes early and ready to work out.

In-person sessions enable hands-on assessment that provides greater insight into your progress. But if visiting in person isn’t viable, virtual sessions are still a powerful tool to enhance your performance and fitness.

You’ll need a big enough space to let you move around freely. For the movement analysis, you’ll need a webcam that can be repositioned so we can view your movements. A few small pieces of workout equipment can prove handy, but we’ll recommend any specific equipment needed.

Yes, we can provide in-home personal training sessions in many circumstances. Please indicate your preference and address when booking, and we’ll confirm availability.

Just give us one week’s notice, and we’ll be happy to put your program on pause for up to two months with no additional fees or penalties.
